I'm Natalia

I'm a Social Anthropologist, Spiritual Hypnotherapist and Intuitive Guide! I was born in a pretty unconventional family in the capital city of Chile, surrounded by astrologers, designers, Reiki, Tarot & Oracle cards. Our dinner conversations never got dull! Philosophy, metaphysics, psychism and mediumship, aliens and past lives were part of the day-to-day. I've always been curious about the unseen world and kept an open mind to the "unexplainable".

Even though personal development and spirituality where a part of my raising, as I entered my teenage years I felt deeply disconnected from myself. I insisted to belong in social groups, I wanted to bury the excruciating feeling of inadequacy and alienation I felt amongst my peers. That led me to an unhealthy relationship with my body (body dysmorphia) and drinking to be able to sustain small talk and what I thought was my incapacity to be "normal".

My parents' nasty divorce when I was 10 also taxed on my emotional wellbeing along the way. Once the pandemic hit I couldn't hold it all in any longer. After all the partying and the unhealthy romantic relationships I was accumulating, I realized that no amount of spiritual knowledge and Tarot cards would save me from doing the deeper emotional work. I started with talk therapy, which opened a door but never fully helped me reach the feelings of profound unworthiness and undeservingness I carried. I tried journaling and meditation too, until I found Hypnotherapy.

To say that Hypnotherapy changed my life is an understatement. Isn't it a form of magic the fact that to free ourselves from suffering all we need to do is dive right into it? I never looked back since then. I packed two suitcases and moved to Berlin. I opened my own Hypnotherapy practice and since 2022 I've helped hundredths of humans find relief and connection to self. I also got married and moved again!! This time, to the ever-sunny beach life in Málaga, Spain. I'm writing this as I settle into my new home with hubby and my two fur babies.

I am honoured to continue this sacred work of walking hand in hand with you through the fire. The view on the other side is yours to remember forever.
