Welcome to the digital space and professional services of Natalia Urban. By browsing this website and contracting our transformational containers, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Transformational Containers

Natalia Urban offers deep, intensive personal coaching programs aimed at subconscious reprogramming and nervous system recalibration through hypnotherapy tools and intuitive guidance.

Pricing for each container is provided individually as a personalized quote ("presupuesto"), based on the scope, duration, and format agreed with each client. All quotes are stated in Euros (€) and are exclusive of VAT; Spanish VAT (IVA) at the current rate of 21% is added at the time of payment, as the service is supplied by a business established in Spain.

2. Exclusion of Medical or Psychiatric Liability

Crucial Notice: The hypnotherapy and intuitive mentoring work facilitated by Natalia Urban does not constitute, replace, or substitute clinical psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, or medical diagnosis/treatment.

Our processes are designed exclusively for individuals who are committed to exploring their emotional patterns and who assume sole responsibility for their own mental well-being, life decisions, and personal outcomes. Natalia Urban does not guarantee miracle or immediate results, as emotional integration and healing are non-linear paths that rely entirely on the client's practice and daily commitment.

If at any point you experience a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed medical or psychiatric professional, or emergency services, immediately.

3. Bookings, Payments, Cancellations and Right of Withdrawal

• Bookings: The initial 20-minute exploratory call is free of charge and serves to evaluate mutual alignment and compatibility before agreeing to enter any paid container.
• Payments: Once we agree to work together, payment for the chosen container must be settled in full prior to the first deep session, unless a split-payment installment plan has been explicitly agreed upon in writing.
• Right of Withdrawal (14 days): In accordance with Spanish consumer protection law (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, TRLGDCU), if you are a consumer contracting from Spain or the EU, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of booking, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at [email protected]. If you expressly request that the service begin before this 14-day period ends, you acknowledge and agree that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, and you will be liable for the proportional cost of any sessions already delivered if you withdraw after the service has partly started.
• Cancellations and Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a session, you must provide a minimum of 24 hours' prior notice. Late cancellations or absences without prior notice will be counted as sessions held, as Natalia dedicates extensive time to prepare and hold the sacred container. This policy does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal described above where applicable. This policy applies uniformly; however, Natalia Urban may, at her sole discretion, make exceptions in cases of documented medical emergency or other exceptional circumstances.

4. Intellectual Property

All texts, custom hypnotherapy recordings, EFT tapping sheets, organic vector drawings, and logos displayed on this website or shared during your container are the exclusive intellectual property of Natalia Urban or her respective designers (The Nomads Design). Any commercial reproduction, copying, distribution, or unauthorized sharing is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

This does not affect your rights under our Privacy Policy regarding personal data contained in session recordings, including your right to request deletion. While Natalia Urban retains intellectual property ownership of the professional/creative work embodied in a recording, this does not limit your data protection rights over your own personal data captured within it.

5. Data Protection

The personal data you provide — including identification data, payment data, and any personal information shared during sessions (which may include health-related or emotional/psychological data, considered a special category of data under Article 9 GDPR) — is processed by Natalia Urban in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

Full details on the purposes of processing, legal basis, retention periods, data recipients, international transfers (if any), and how to exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es) are set out in our Privacy Policy.

Where session content involves sensitive personal data (e.g., mental/emotional health information disclosed during coaching), your explicit, separate consent will be requested before such data is processed or stored (e.g., session recordings).

6. Modifications

Natalia Urban reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this website with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Applicable Law, Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute or disagreement arising from these terms will first be addressed through open, respectful, and compassionate dialogue between both parties before resorting to legal action.

Where the client is a consumer, any legal action shall be brought before the courts of the client's domicile in Spain, in accordance with mandatory consumer protection rules, without prejudice to any other forum the law may allow the consumer to choose.

8. Minors

Our services are intended exclusively for individuals aged 18 or over. By contracting a container, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
